Years ago, I was stuck in pain and confusion that I wasn’t sure would ever end. I began my healing journey through therapy and my life was changed for the better. I decided I wanted to get into this work because I want others to experience the growth and healing that I have experienced firsthand.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a professional dancer and dance teacher for over a decade. I am fascinated with how our bodies and minds are connected and love using both of my passions (dance and therapy) to help bring freedom and joy to people’s lives. My approach to therapy is similar to my approach to dance - however much you are willing to put into it is what you’ll get out of it.
